Use the York County Library website to search the library catalog, renew items, and do research. Learn more by choosing from the topics below.
Search the Catalog
- Click on "Search the Catalog" to go to the Online Catalog, where you can conduct a search or sign in to your account to renew books, place holds, and more.
- Conduct a basic search at any time by entering the title, author, or subject into the search box and clicking the "Go" button or pressing "Enter" on your keyboard.
- Clicking on "Advanced Search" takes you to the Advanced Search page for more search options.
Renew Items and View Account Information
- From the Online Catalog, click on the "My Account" tab. You will be prompted for your Library Card Barcode. This will log you in and let you view an overview of your account, where you can see the items you have checked out, items on hold, fines, account messages, and more.
- Click on "Items Out." On the following page, check the box next to the item you'd like to renew (or the box at the top to renew all items) and click "Renew." Maximum of 2 renewals per item (No renewals for Teacher Cards).
