Starting Salary, Benefits, and Hours: Beginning salary is $16,132.49 for 20 hours per week. Fringe benefits package includes State retirement, vacation and sick leave. Work schedule includes some, nights and weekends with occasional extra hours.
General Statement of Job: Under regular supervision, Perform work necessary to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and special systems including repair of interior fixtures, furnishings, and equipment. Reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Minimum Training and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent to two years of college or trade apprenticeship plus verifiable experience equal to journeyman status in an accredited building trade or mechanical maintenance training program with specialized course work or experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, planning, building systems, building maintenance, or related fields. Must be current or obtained within a specified time frame as defined upon employment, OSHA 30.
