The exterior mural of the Main Library celebrates the life of beloved artist Vernon Grant and is the largest mural in York County. This beautiful piece of art was designed by illustrator Jill Pratzon and brought to life by muralist Osiris Rain Studios.

*York Library Access: East Liberty Street in York is undergoing a rolling road closure for waterline construction between North Roosevelt and Hunter Streets. The rear entrance to the York Library parking lot is accessible from North Roosevelt Street by way of East Madison Street. The closure is anticipated to conclude in January 2025.
