Park Passports

What are Park Passports?

Enjoy the great outdoors with a Park Passport! These passports, available for Ebenezer Park and South Carolina State Parks, can be checked out at all YCL locations and provide unlimited park entry for everyone in the vehicle.

Ebenezer Park Passports provide access to Ebenezer and Allison Creek Parks. The 26-acre Ebenezer Park, located north of Rock Hill on the shores of Lake Wylie, offers a wide variety of daytime recreational opportunities and overnight stays in one of 66 campsites.

SC State Park Passports* provide entry to all 47 SC state parks, as well as free admission to select historic home tours, the lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park, and Atalaya Castle at Huntington Beach State Park.

What are the rules for checking out a passport?

Passports can be checked out for one week on a first-come, first-served basis and must be picked up and returned at the same library. Passes are subject to expiration and limited to one renewal, but cannot be placed on hold. Late fees are $0.20 per day, up to a maximum of $5.00. The replacement cost for a lost passport is $99.00.
